The Library is providing books in Ukrainian for children and adults (the collection currently numbers several hundred titles) as well as space for leisure and social life and a wide range of events, including those in Ukrainian.
The library offers free registration for children under 15 years of age; exceptionally, the library also offers free registration for adults from Ukraine.
