Ryze praktické setkání evropských festivalů pořádá již 30. března 2023 asociace francouzských festivalů France Festivals v Paříži. Cílem je setkat se, poznat se, vyměnit si zkušenosti a navázat další spolupráci.
Na programu je mj. speed-meeting, prezentace aktuálních dotačních programů EU pro festivaly, debata nad aktuálními problémy a workshopy v menších tematických skupinách.

10am30–1pm – Meet your neighbors, Introduction and speed-meetings with European colleagues
- Panorama of current festival issues in France and other countries (finances, inclusion, sustainable development, artistic cooperation…)
- Speed-meetings
- Festival presentation

1pm–2pm Lunch on site hosted by France Festivals
2pm–4pm Workshop on European funding
- Presentation of Creative Europe, Erasmus+, Culture Moves Europe…
- Feedback from festivals involved in European projects
- Questions and answers
Coffee break
4pm30–6pm30 Workshop on cooperation between European festivals
Work in small groups in order to know each other better and brainstorm on various topics that could become subject of a cooperation project
6pm30–10pm Cocktail reception at the Hôtel de Massa in order to continue the discussions in a more informal way.
Účastnit by se mělo až 50 festivalů z celé Evropy.
