The Erasmus Mundus Master Course Euroculture is a unique, multilingual, interdisciplinary and inter-university project that combines theoretical knowledge and practical skills (Eurocompetence). It is a master programme that takes aprox. 18 months with the award of a M.A. degree. Students spend the first semester at one university of their choice. During the second semester, the student is placed in one of the network´s host universities, and in the third semester the mobility pattern is based on the choice of the selected profile (either at home or at another host university). The main objective of this component is to acquire advanced knowledge and research skills related to European culture by developing an insight into a selected number of themes and issues that focus on interrelated fields. The aim is to acquaint students with the main theoretical and methodological concepts and approaches concerning each field, as well as teach them to reflect on core issues of these fields. The Multiplace is a net of people and organizations, which are interested in the media and technologies interaction with art, culture and society. There is held the annual festival in several cities and towns. The festival takes place in spring,in April, takes 10 days and offers about one hundred of concerts, performances, workshops, exhibitions, lectures, discussions and others events.
